综放工作面超前段电缆及液压管路吊挂装置设计及应用

Design and Application of Cables and Hydraulic Pipelines’ Hanging Device in Advanced Segment of Fully Mechanized Caving Face

摘要: 针对综放工作面电缆及液压管路数量多,吊挂困难,工作面巷道超前段电缆及液压管路存在交叉、混乱的现象,设计了综放工作面超前段电缆及液压管路吊挂装置。该吊挂装置主要包括π型梁挂钩和滑轨,详细介绍了π型梁挂钩和滑轨的结构原理及组成。吊挂装置固定在超前段π型梁上,电缆及液压管路分别吊挂在悬吊框的两侧,滑轨带动悬吊框移动,该装置的应用有效解决了工作面巷道超前段电缆及液压管路吊挂混乱,移动困难等问题。

Abstract: Introduced the design of cables and hydraulic pipelines’ hanging device in advanced segment of full-mechanized caving face, including the design and structure principle of π beam hook and slide rail . The hanging device was fixed on π type beam in advance segment. Cables and hydraulic lines were hanging in the both sides of the suspension frame. Slides’ moving drive suspension frame’s moving. The hanging device solved the problem such as confusing hanging and moving difficulty of cables and pipelines effectively.
